This is the last will and testament of me James Vandersteen of No. 8 Mape Street Bethnal Green Road in the County of Middlesex Cooper I desire just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied and as to all my ready money money in the stocks or funds household furniture plate linen and china and all other my estate and effects whatsoever or wheresoever both real and Personal I give devise and bequeath the same unto my dear Wife Emma her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I do hereby appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness whereof I the said James Vandersteen the testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty three - James Vandersteen - Signed by the said James Vandersteen the Testator in the presence of us being both present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the Testator and each other - Jno Procter - Saml Procter 1 Princes Street Spitalfields.

Proved at London, 12th October 1867 by the Oath of Emma Webb Wife of John Thomas Webb formerly Vandersteen Widow, the Relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted.

This is the last will and testament of me Charles Vandersteen of No.2 Perseverance Cottages Forest Road Leytonstone in the County of Essex Gentleman I give devise and bequeath all my real estate of whatever description and wherever situate and also all my leasehold and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my dear mother Emma the wife of John Thomas Webb of No. 2 Perseverance Cottages aforesaid for her sole and separate use free from the debts control and engagements of her present or any future husband and to be disposed of whether covert or sole by deed or will as she may think proper And I appoint my said Mother Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty-seventh day of April one thousand eight hundred and eighty one - Charles Vandersteen - Signed by the said Charles Vandersteen as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses - John.G.Bonner Solr Adelaide Buildings London Bridge - Alf . Burnie Clerk to Mr. Bonner.

Proved at London, 31st Octr 1881 by the Oath of Emma Webb (wife of John Thomas Webb) the Mother the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted.
